Tran Family Villas Boutique Hotel

Small hotel within walking distance to everything. Nice pool and outdoor sitting area.

Our room was comfortable and clean enough but lots of tiny ants everywhere including our bed made for a not so great stay. Our son had a room below us and the mould smell was terrible. The area was clearly flooded as you can see water marks on walls. The happy dogs in the area didn’t help.

Very friendly staff! Lovely spacious room, very clean! Great location

The hotel is like a family run homestay with very caring staff. The proximity to the old ancient town was very helpful to explore.

Located close to the old quarter so can walk there quite easily. Room was very clean and so was the pool area.

Quite noisy in the room and could hear the people in the room above us talking. The hotel is located in a side street which feels a little unsafe walking through at night

The staff were so friendly, they gave us mangos from the mango tree for us to eat in the mornings, we had fresh towels and bottles of water everyday, there was also a really cheap shop just a 10 second walk from the hotel that sold cheap water and snacks.

The shower was sometimes cold but that was also a nice thing when it was hot outside.

For breakfast, you have your choice of about 10 different items, displayed on a menu at the front desk, for an extra charge - well worth the price. I was 12 minutes walk from the main shopping street, Hoi An museum, the lantern boats and the Night Market. The pool at Tran Family Villas was clean and cooling after a long day walking about. The room was very large, the private ensuite bathroom modern and very clean, all for the same or less money than staying in a private room at a hostel.

The staff was friendly, there is space in the yard That you can relax, we enjoy the breakfast, and the location was good

The water was getting cold very fast in the shower and the room wasn't so clean

Nice location, very Short walk to the Old town.Excellent staff, and great service at the breakfast.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location excellent. Good value for money

So close to primary school Didn't like walking past chicken shed to and from my locationsNeed to ensure pool area is cleaned and upkeep,..Frog egg sacks on pool stairs, no cushion in chairs or on lounge beds..

The rooms were really spacious and you can get fresh orange juice from the kitchen at any time and they will bring it to your room (25,000VMD). The staff are super friendly and helpful!

The pool area is quite outdated in comparison to the photos on Booking.com but it is still lovely! The room was slightly dirty on the floor in some areas when we arrived but nothing major

Liked the property and the arrangements of the rooms.

If the breakfast had more options that would have been great. Also if they had the facility of restaurant like room service foods and all.

Great location and everyone was so lovely. They were very accommodating and considerate.

Host are so nice and lovely. Really felt like home

Location is bit far but ok if you're on a bike
